One of the current paradoxes in real estate is that over 80% of our clients start their journey on-line. Yet, as an industry very little of our business can be attributed to our web presence. In fact, truth be known, most of us have no idea who visits our site and why we have one other than “someone said I should.” That someone was, more often than not, the sales person for your current website hosting company.

I won’t go into why we as agents have been taken to the cleaners by most template-driven web hosting companies, but we can circumvent some of the shortcomings of our websites by launching a 30 minute a week blog campaign.
